Our Mission
International Veterinary Outreach (IVO) focuses to create healthy communities free of animal suffering. We take a One Health approach to develop and implement sustainable veterinary services and training programs in economically-disadvantaged communities worldwide.
Who We Are
Since 2011, IVO’s caring and compassionate veterinary excellence has had a global impact at the community level where it counts the most.
Using our global network of veterinary and health experts, IVO takes a One Health approach to help economically-disadvantaged communities and their animals by providing veterinary care while training veterinary professionals.

IVO PROGRAMS
Helping Animals and Communities in Tanzania
IVO partnered with local organizations in Dodoma, Tanzania to train students at veterinary institutes and provide care for animals. Together, we worked to reduce rabies transmission, offering vaccinations and treatments for infectious and parasitic diseases.
Here’s the impact of our 2023 program:
Provided 1,500+ vaccines and antiparasitic treatments
Treated over 400 animals
Trained over 40 students
